Dr. Francis Lee Silva brings careful expertise in internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, and soft tissue surgery to Star Vet. She graduated from the University of Veracruz in Mexico in 2012 and completed a postgraduate residency focused on internal medicine and surgery for dogs and cats.

Her passion lies in general surgery, ultrasound, radiology, and feline medicine, strengthened by advanced training at Tufts University. Since joining our team in Dubai in 2019, Dr. Francis is known for her steady, methodical approach and clear communication, helping pet owners navigate complex health situations with confidence.

Outside work, she enjoys staying active, spending quality time with family, and caring for her cats, who inspire her ongoing dedication to veterinary care.
